  1. Eating food without appetizing: When you eat food without appetite, it does not taste well and leads to indigestion. Indigestion is disastrous for bowel. Indigestion food is poisonous. According to Ayurveda, there is no disease beyond indigestion. It can become a poison when we take a meal at the time of indigestion. The most important medicine for indigestion is fasting.
  2. Taking food Without hand wash: Without hand wash microorganisms that are not visible to the naked eyes, enter the body, if we do not wash hands properly. This causes vomiting, diarrhea, amebiasis and so on. Hence it is important to keep clean.
  3. Eating food eagerly without chewing: Due to eating food eagerly without chewing can cause indigestion, the lack of hunger for the second one, gas, and pain in the stomach.

  8. Waking up until midnight: Due to waking up late midnight, eyesight will decrease, eyes become red, indigestion, constipation and also occurs lethargy.
