Top 8 bad habits make us unhealthy:
  1. Eating food without appetizing: When you eat food without appetite, it does not taste well and leads to indigestion. Indigestion is disastrous for bowel. Indigestion food is poisonous. According to Ayurveda, there is no disease beyond indigestion. It can become a poison when we take a meal at the time of indigestion. The most important medicine for indigestion is fasting.
  2. Taking food Without hand wash: Without hand wash microorganisms that are not visible to the naked eyes, enter the body, if we do not wash hands properly. This causes vomiting, diarrhea, amebiasis and so on. Hence it is important to keep clean.
  3. Eating food eagerly without chewing: Due to eating food eagerly without chewing can cause indigestion, the lack of hunger for the second one, gas, and pain in the stomach.
  4. Lack of concentration on meal ingredients during the meal: Do not talk, or do not watch TV or do not listen to the radio while eating. During the meal, the concentration should be on a meal
    ingredients but not to go somewhere. Otherwise, we will forget how much we ate and what we ate. Hence it increases the weight and illness.
  5. Sleep immediately after a meal: Sleeping immediately after a meal is a bad habit. At least two to three hours duration should be between meal and sleep. If we do not maintain this gap weight increases, becomes lazy and leads to an increase in sleeping time.
  6. Late and heavy dinner at night: Due to late and heavy dinner at night causes high sleep and increase weight, not feeling hunger on the second day, being lazy, in lethargic condition and constipation etc.
  7. Late wake-up: Due to late wake-up, our spirituality will decrease. All routine programmes are delayed or done in haste, which leads to unhealthy.
  8. Waking up until midnight: Due to waking up late midnight, eyesight will decrease, eyes become red, indigestion, constipation and also occurs lethargy.
