Diabetes: Diabetes is a condition which leads to excess sugar in the blood.
Diabetes is 3 types.
1) Type 1 diabetes: In type 1 diabetes pancreas fail to produce insulin.
Cause of type 1 diabetes:
  • The exact cause of type 1 diabetes is unknown. Antibodies are present in our body, which fight against bacteria, virus, fungus etc. But sometimes these antibodies destroy the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. This causes either low insulin or no insulin.
  • Family history: If your parents or siblings have type 1 diabetes, then increase the risk of type 1 diabetes.
2) Type 2 diabetes: In type 2 diabetes our body fails to utilize the available insulin effectively.
Causes of type 2 diabetes: The exact cause of type 2 diabetes is unknown. But following some factors increase the risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • Obesity: Excess fat in our body is converted into glucose, which increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • Lack of physical activity: If you do some physical activity, glucose in your body is converted into energy. And finally, reduce the amount of glucose in your body. If you do a less physical activity, which increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • Polycystic ovary syndrome: A common condition in women is caused by irregular periods, excess hair growth and obesity. This also increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • High blood pressure: If the blood pressure
    of your body is more than 140, then increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.

 Gestational diabetes: This type of diabetes seen in pregnant women, who do not have the previous history of diabetes.
Gestational diabetes causes
Causes of gestational diabetes:
  • Age: If the age of women more than 25, that increase the risk of gestational diabetes
  • Family history: If in your families as parents or siblings have type 2 diabetes, then increase the risk of gestational diabetes.
  • Heavyweight: Heavyweight during pregnancy also causes gestational diabetes.
Symptoms of diabetes:
  • Heavy urination is one if symptoms of diabetes.
  • More hungriness and thirstiness are the symptom of diabetes.
  • Weakness in the body is also a symptom of diabetes.
  • Low vision in eyes is a symptom of diabetes.
  • The decrease in weight even though take more food.
