Simple Skincare Routine for Aging Skin • Gentle & Effective Simple skincare routine for aging skin Gentle, effective, and refreshingly uncomplicated — for skin that’s lived a little. There’s a quiet revolution happening in skincare — and it’s not about 12-step routines or potions with names you can’t pronounce. For those of us with mature skin, simplicity isn’t just a trend; it’s a revelation. After years of layering serums, switching actives, and chasing the next miracle ingredient, I’ve landed on a routine that actually works. And it fits in a small basket. This is the routine I wish I’d found sooner. No overwhelm. No guilt about missing a step. Just honest, evidence-based care for skin that’s lived, laughed, and earned every fine line. It’s a ritual that feels like self-care, not a chore — and it’s backed by dermatology, not just marketing. ✧ The core philosophy: Cleanse, protect, nourish, and sleep. Everything else is optional....
